What is an escape room?
Escape rooms are live interactive puzzle games. Solve the initial challenges to work your way into the next layer of challenges and eventually “solve the room”. Work with your friends, family or co-workers to find the clues, crack the codes and solve all of the puzzles in 60 minutes.
Is there a minimum age?
For players under the age 14, there must be at least one paid adult in the group. All players under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Although all rooms are appropriate for children and more hints can be offered for groups with younger children, the puzzles may be challenging for those under the age of ten. Ultimately, all ages are welcome!
Are the rooms
Yes, all rooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Some puzzles however may involve objects that are not reachable by someone in a wheelchair. Please call in advance of registering if all participants will be in wheelchairs. If someone in your group has any other impairments or disabilities and you have any questions, please call us at (262) 278-4060 so we can ensure you can experience the room to it's fullest potential!
How large can
my group be?
In order to maximize your experience, group sizes in each room are limited to a maximum of eight people. Please call if you have group larger than 8 that wishes to participate.
What are we allowed to bring into the room?
All you need to bring is your best problem solving and fun-loving frame of mind. No food or drink are allowed in the rooms (unless medically necessary). You are welcome to bring your cell phones into the room but we ask that you not take any pictures or videos during the event.
Are walk-ins allowed?
While we allow walk-ins if an employee is on site and we are not booked, reservations are generally required. We may not be on site if we don’t have a scheduled reservation.
What if my group makes a reservation and then can't make our scheduled date and time?
As long as you let us know at least three hours in advance, we would be happy to help you reschedule to a new date and time. Or if you don't have a new date locked in yet, no problem. We can provide you with a gift voucher that you can use to reschedule at your convenience.
Where can I find the waiver to sign?
When you book, you should receive a confirmation email that contains a link to the digital waiver form. You can forward this to others in your group to sign also. Alternatively, this link will take you to the waiver form.
